TravelQubes facilitates access to paediatric care services for international patients by coordinating with accredited hospitals and licensed paediatricians and paediatric specialists in India. Our role is limited to non-clinical coordination, scheduling, and family support throughout the child’s care journey.
All diagnoses, evaluations, treatment decisions, procedures, and outcomes are determined solely by the treating doctors and hospitals.

Paediatric Care Journey
- Medical Record Review & Hospital Routing
- Secure collection of medical reports and coordination with appropriate paediatric centres for hospital-led review.
- Paediatric Consultation & Planning
- Scheduling of online or in-person consultations, with care discussions led by paediatric specialists.
- Travel, Visa & Admission Support
- Medical visa and attendant visa guidance, travel and accommodation coordination, and hospital admission scheduling for the child and accompanying guardian.
- Treatment-Phase Coordination
- Non-clinical assistance during hospital visits, patient and family navigation support, and discharge coordination.
- Recovery & Follow-Up Coordination
- Follow-up scheduling, recovery planning, and remote coordination after return to the home country.
