TravelQubes facilitates organ transplant care coordination for international patients by working with authorised transplant centres and licensed transplant teams in India. Our role is strictly limited to non-clinical coordination, logistics, and patient support, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.

All transplant-related medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed hospitals and transplant specialists.

Types of Transplants Facilitated

TravelQubes supports coordination for the following transplant programs, subject to hospital evaluation and legal approvals:

  4. Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT)

(Eligibility, suitability, and availability are determined solely by the treating hospital.)

Legal, Ethical & Compliance Framework (Critical)

  1. All transplant coordination facilitated by TravelQubes strictly complies with:
  2. Applicable national organ transplant laws and regulations
  3. Hospital Transplant Authorisation Committee approvals (where required)
  4. Independent donor and recipient medical evaluations

Mandatory informed consent and legal documentation

TravelQubes does NOT:

  1. Identify, source, match, or counsel donors
  2. Influence donor–recipient decisions
  3. Participate in organ allocation or prioritisation
  4. Provide medical advice or outcome assurances

  1. Recipient Medical Evaluation (Hospital-Led)
    • Secure collection of medical records
    • Coordination with authorised transplant centres
    • Clinical evaluation conducted solely by hospital transplant teams
  2. Donor / Graft Evaluation & Regulatory Clearance
    • Donor or graft evaluation performed entirely by hospitals
    • Medical, psychological, and legal assessments as applicable
    • Review and approval by hospital committees and regulators
    • TravelQubes has no role in donor selection, counselling, or approval.
  3. Pre-Transplant Planning & Logistics
    • Medical and attendant visa coordination
    • Travel and accommodation assistance
    • Hospital admission scheduling
    • Patient and family guidance on hospital processes
  4. Transplant Procedure & Hospital Stay
    • Surgery / procedure and intensive care managed exclusively by hospital teams
    • Non-clinical support for patient navigation and family coordination
    • Discharge planning coordination
  5. Post-Transplant Recovery & Follow-Up
    • Coordination of follow-up consultations
    • Support for prescribed monitoring schedules
    • Rehabilitation and recovery coordination
    • Remote follow-up support after return to home country
  6. Long-Term Aftercare Support (Optional)
    • Structured follow-up coordination for up to 12 months
    • Periodic review reminders
    • Care continuity support with treating hospitals

Ethical Safeguards (Explicit)

TravelQubes maintains zero-tolerance for:

  1.  Organ commercialisation
  2.  Donor solicitation or brokerage
  3. Outcome or survival guarantees
  4.  Clinical decision-making
