Our Co-Founders
TravelQubes began with trust, and an idea. A 30-year friendship between two co-founders—shaped by shared values and grounded perspective forms the foundation of everything that is being built. At the heart of that friendship was a beloved brother and a close friend - Ujwal, whose influence continues to guide TravelQubes’ sense of responsibility and purpose.
This foundation shapes how TravelQubes operates - with clarity in decision-making, accountability in execution, and integrity across every partnership. As co-founders, Madhuri and Dhruba bring complementary strengths while remaining aligned on what matters most- building systems that earn confidence, stand up to scrutiny and endure over time. TravelQubes reflects a long-term commitment to trust, transparency, and responsible growth with care.
Co-Founder
Dr. Madhuri Umeshchandra brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare coordination, patient services, operations, clinical research, and wellness-focused care. She is known for building patient-first systems grounded in transparency, accountability, and practical support for families travelling for treatment.
At TravelQubes, she leads overall strategy, hospital partnerships, governance, compliance, and patient experience design. She also oversees social media and legal compliance coordination, ensuring that communication, partnerships, and patient engagement remain ethical, accurate, and aligned with healthcare standards. Her leadership style is hands-on and people-centric, focused on clarity, trust, and dependable support across every stage of the patient journey.
She has undertaken executive education in AI for Healthcare Strategy and Implementation at Harvard Medical School, strengthening her understanding of how technology and systems can support better patient coordination and global healthcare access.
A travel enthusiast, she values cultural sensitivity and understands the emotional realities patients face when seeking care away from home. She enjoys old Hindi music during quiet moments to relax and de-stress. She was a school topper in SSC and a district-level volleyball player, experiences that shaped her discipline, resilience, and teamwork — values she continues to bring into her leadership today.
