(xi) You agree to follow any clinical instructions or travel requirements recommended by the healthcare providers you consult through TravelQubes and understand that TravelQubes cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from your failure to adhere to such recommendations.
(xii) You may provide Your vital measurements, your health indicators, some specified measurements and qualitative descriptions. This data is critical to the care delivered to You by the network of clinicians attending to you. You hereby guarantee that the data entered by You is correct and You consent to this data being used to determine the care being delivered to You.
(xiii) You consent to Your data being used for clinical research by the Company after due de-identification and anonymization within the bounds of the prevailing laws and the Privacy Policy.

(iv) Any quotes provided by TravelQubes for services provided by third parties, based on request for information by a User or a visitor are estimates only based on information provided by the hospital and are subject to change based on the actual clinical condition of the patient upon arrival.
(v) If TravelQubes reasonably suspects illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity by a User, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Website and assist in reporting the matter to appropriate authorities.

NO REFUND -any non-refundable deposits paid to hospitals, airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers. However, we may assist in rescheduling services where possible. All such rescheduling will be at the discretion of such third party service providers.Medical Emergency Cancellations: In case of unforeseen medical conditions preventing travel, refunds may be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with supporting medical documentation required. TravelQubes provides no guarantees on any refunds.
(ii) Cancellation by TravelQubes due to reasons beyond its control
If cancellation is due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., changes in hospital policy, government regulations), refunds will be subject to the policies of the involved third-party providers.
(iii) Cancellation by Third-Party Providers:
Refunds for medical treatments, accommodations, flights, and other services depend on the respective provider’s cancellation policy. TravelQubes will only facilitate communication between the patient and third parties to process applicable refunds. All refunds are subject to refund policies of the third party service providers and the Users are encouraged to read and familiarise themselves with the same prior to availing Services.
9.2 Refund Process
(i) Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
(ii) Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment or an alternative method agreed upon by the User.
(iii) Processing fees, foreign exchange rate fluctuations, and banking charges may impact the final refunded amount.
9.3 Rescheduling Policy

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will TravelQubes or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill), whether or not TravelQubes has been warned of the possibility of such damages or could have reasonably foreseen such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, TravelQubes's liability under this Agreement to You shall in no event exceed the fee amounts collected from You in the preceding one year or INR 5000 whichever is lower.
11. REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES
